- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in direct support or related fields is preferred
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each individual
- Basic knowledge of developmental disabilities and related challenges
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
