Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks/li>

  • Implement individualized care plans and support goals for each client
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals facing challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of individuals in your care
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in direct support or related fields is preferred
  • Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each individual
  • Basic knowledge of developmental disabilities and related challenges
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
